What are INSIDERS?

We call our shoes INSIDERS, they are designed for the way we live now.

Wear your élé INSIDERS™ at home. Curl up on the couch. Get cozy. Then venture out to your favorite café, dash through the airport or run out to do errands around town. Wear them in the office and be prepared for anything but business as usual. You’ll find that you feel comfortable wearing élé INSIDERS™ everywhere. And that’s the point.

They’re shoes that think they’re slippers. INSIDERS just might become your favorite, most comfortable shoes ever.

Because attitude adjustments happen from the feet up. Express yourself, feel comfortable, slip into élé INSIDERS™ and cause a little commotion – inside and out.

Can I go outside with my INSIDERS?

Yes you can! INSIDERS’ outsole is made of thin flexible rubber and thanks to its dot-relief pattern offers outstanding grip on all surfaces. As long as it’s not raining or snowing, feel free to stroll around town with your INSIDERS on.

INSIDERS are well made and can certainly withstand getting wet and/or dirty in the rain or snow. We just suggest that you might not want to wear them outside in those conditions because they are made of fabric and do not provide a barrier from water so they'll get soaked. In case you happen to be out and about with your INSIDERS on and it starts to rain – nothing will happen to the shoes but you're your feet will get wet.

What sizes do INSIDERS come in?

Our shoes run on the small side. If you want a relaxed fit go a full size up, the elastic collar will still keep your shoes secured to the ankle.

Each of our four sizes fit two full Women US standard sizes. Small (5-6), Medium (7-8), Large (9-10) Extra Large (11-12).

Do you sell INSIDERS for children or men?

At this point we only offer INSIDERS for women but men can use them as well! Just keep in mind that the shoes are designed for women so they are slightly narrower than men shoes, use the following chart for reference.

How do INSIDERS fit?

INSIDERS have all-textile uppers that are soft and flexible and are designed to fit women's medium width (B).

When you are on any product page you can read a brief fit description about each style. This description will tell you what kind of fit each shoe offers so you can make a better decision about which INSIDERS are the right ones for you.

What materials are INSIDERS made of?

INSIDERS are made of a variety of textiles, from regular cotton to different kinds of polyester. They have a thin foam interface to give the upper shape and structure and are lined with a soft jersey fabric.  NOTE: Milonga Boots are lined with a luxurious ultra-soft microfleece!

The incredible comfort INSIDERS offer is because we include a layer of memory foam in the insole. You’ll want to wear them all the time, guaranteed!

The rubber sole is thin and flexible and as long as it's not raining or snowing you can go outside with your INSIDERS.

How do I care for my INSIDERS?

You can hand wash your INSIDERS with a mild detergent or you can put them in your washer and use Delicate/Gentle Wash program. Do not put your INSIDERS in the dryer; just let them air dry on a flat surface.

SHIPPING

How much do you charge for shipping?

We are offering special Introductory Free Shipping in the USA.

The free shipping promotion is only valid for customers with shipping addresses in the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Guam.

Please note that we reserve the right to change or alter our Free Shipping promotion at any time.

How long does it take to receive my INSIDERS?

Most orders will take 1-2 days to process and ship. Shipments will arrive within 2-4 business days depending upon the destination.

What shipping method do you use?

élé INSIDERS™ will be shipped by FedEx Smart Post. 

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes!

Next Day or Saturday Delivery available via FedEx – Rates are available at the check-out page of your order.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday thru Thursday will be delivered the following day.

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday (Tuesday if Monday is a holiday).

Orders placed before 2pm on Friday, select Saturday delivery as your options and your order will be delivered on Saturday.

Where do INSIDERS ship from?

Your order will be shipped from our distribution center in Mansfield, MA.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes, we will provide you with a tracking number when we ship your order.

Do you ship INSIDERS internationally?

At this point we can only deliver INSIDERS in the USA. We hope to be able to deliver worldwide soon, please visit us again for updates on this matter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What can I do if I receive damaged or defective INSIDERS?

If you receive a damaged or defective product from eleinsiders.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the exchange instructions below.

What is your exchange policy? 

Select the wrong size or color? Exchanges are quick and simple! If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your INSIDERS within 10 days of receiving your order and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value.

Just click here to download the Return and Exchange Form and include the completed form with the merchandise you are exchanging.  Returns and Exchanges must be made within 10 days of receiving your élé INSIDERS™. 

Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method.

What is your return policy?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your INSIDERS within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Any unworn product may be returned within 10 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. Click here to download the Return and Exchange Form.   All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase.

Please make sure that your élé INSIDERS™ are unworn and in their original packaging.  Keep the original shipping carton and return in that box.  This will insure that the cylinder packaging is not damaged in route back.

Once the fulfillment center has received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 7 days.  You will receive an email confirmation that your return is complete.  Please note, depending on your financial institution it may take an additional 2-10 days for the credit to post to your account.
